MOSAIQUE is dedicated to client service. Our licensed  team of specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of our clients. We promise individual attention and a  great experience to all of our customers.

Appointments

Cancellations: In our efforts to accommodate all  guests, a 24-hour notice is requested.  As a consideration to our guests who may be able to utilize your appointment time, please notify us promptly of a conflict. Canceling without a 24-hour notice will be considered a no show and will be charged the service price.

Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your treatment may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your service(s) will remain the same.

In our effort to provide a relaxing and safe environment, we encourage that you find accommodations for your children during your visit to MOSAIQUE. We also ask that your cell phone be turned on silent or vibrate.

Please keep in mind that our policies are to ensure that you are taken care of in a timely and professional manner. We hope to make every visit to MOSAIQUE a pleasant one.
